It can be. I lost 13lbs in a week once. It will slow down though. It took me 3 months to lost the next 15lbs.

Im cutting and its going much slower than Id like. Down 19 lbs since January 3rd. My buddies tell me that is on pace for conserving muscle. I guess it just sucks cuz I started at such a high weight.
Have you upped the weight any? Every time I take it to another level and push myself hard I get a slight soreness.
