Hey thanks for that. I am trying to figure out what's best for me as far as eating goes. If I am looking to building mass, about how many calories per week or day should I be consuming?

I would also be interested in hearing what the best thing to do is. I also have a really fast metabolism and have found it hard to gain muscle mass.
