I generally burp for a little while, but they don't cause me to be gassy.

Is it ok to still take a preworkout if taking animal cuts? I don't want to overload and not sleep or anything negative that could result.
What are ya'lls opinion on the pre workout for the best pump. That's what I like in a pre and am searching for the biggest pump I can get.
I run about a mile or so before every workout as a warm up. Would it be better to wait and take a pwo before I do that or after to keep from having a "burn off" effect?
My thoughts would be it would possibly cause dehydration as well. If I don't drink enough throughout the workout I feel weaker as well.
Well it probably is more of half a gallon. The only time I had a new gallon I mixed a preworkout with it on the run. Still I just didn't understand the whole you shouldn't drink during exercise thing.
