The only way I do HIIT these days. Have yet to do more than 5 30 second sprints in one session, 11 (with < 2min rest in-between) would either have me passing out or throwing up lol.
Yeah, mini-cuts help. Finally got to a point where my calories were high enough day-to-day without gaining any weight that I could even attempt a mini-cut. The next few weeks shouldn't hinder...
Update time. Been busy with work and life. Strain in my back is has gone away, but it didn't really hinder my training much. Still have been going hard in the gym.
Thanks Dean. Seems to be either a strain from sleeping wrong or something from the WO. Not too bad, just more annoying than anything. Will be careful come Friday.
IIRC, on the really low days I had a few no carb meals (steak and sugar free jello lol) and about 20 cho pre/post workout. Usually veggies or low fat popcorn.
Reminds me of the carb cycle Layne had me do for the final push of my prep last year... 330/235/140/45 repeat. Still have nightmares from those 45 cho days lol.
