Sort of. To me, the ideal set would be 12 reps and being able to do no more, then 10, and then finally 8 (For a 8-12 rep range)

It's a Push/Pull routine that you go one day on, one day off and repeat. (3-4x/week)

Heavy Push 4x4-8
- Squats
- BB Bench
- Shoulder Press
- Inc Bench

Light Pull 3x6-12
- Chin Ups
