I like both thick girls with small waists and lean/muscular girls, but i really don't dig the bony-ass model types, they look like they're sick or something.
I must be lucky then, all i got when i started lifting was compliments from women on how my arms looked joocy, and a few dudes telling me i'm on sterons.
I never go above 5, bar speed slow down and form breakdown start to kick in after that, i use explosive, concentric oriented movements, so its a must to keep reps short to avoid injury caused by form...
