Sony is the only company banning sales in these countries, but they are not the only company that doesn't operate in these countries.

I think government regulation is a big part of it. Xbox only operates in a similar number of countries I believe, they just don't broadcast it I don't think.

The problem with looking at Patents is that Sony has a million patents. They're always Filing, whether they're using the patent or not.

My main problem with "hard" modes is that the only way they're hard is to make enemies deal more damage and have more health. Which no amount of "skill" has to do with it. You just play the same way...
