I just did a quick search. It looks like MRI arthrogram uses gadolinium. Did you have the MRI with gadolinium? The dye on the arthrogram will show the tear better than a normal MRI.

You need to get an Arthrogram MRI. You also should see an orthopedic that specializes in sport injuries.
