thanks for reply, so does that mean if I bought wings or something that had ONLY kcals per 100g then if I were to try and calculate what was in a pack it would be inacurate?

I bought a rack of ribs which is 600g,
it says there are 371 kcals in a half. (Which should mean 742 kcals in the rack)
So why does it also say there is 285 kcals per 100g? (Which would make it...

??!?

i dont have a bench atm just some dumbells, is there anyway for me to target my chest?
