    It will go and you won't get it as often once your mosre used to it.

    But make sure you do a light warmdown at the end of your session and it can be a good idea to do some stretches an hour or two...

    I'm sure I read a while back that they can be up to around 50% inaccurate so I just take the amount recorded and half it. If it is more than that then it's just a bonus.
