    close grip for 10
    shoulder width grip for 10
    wide grip for 10
    feet raised for 10
    hands raised for 10

    I don't think it's an issue all this dropping weights things. The floors are all reinforced. Better to drop and avoid injury. Of course if you can put them down safely, then do it.

    Not putting weights back in the right place, if at all, is one of my gripes.
    Our gym has two dumbell racks, one for the big boys, one for the mere mortals. Gets my goat when people mix them up....
