    I'm 261 in the left, and about 230 in the right and flexing, plus tanned...lol. I've gained about 12-13 more pounds, but it's been mostly fat. But I am not that different from this picture.

    The machines cannot be that far off. If the machine said you lost 1,000 calories. I find it hard to believe that you "only" lost 500 calories. Perhaps in reality 800 to 850. But not 500. That's 50%...
