PB is a great cheat food or a nice way to get some fat, but it really isn't very high in protein. I have a hard time fitting it into my diet whether bulking or cutting. Love the stuff though.

This is the stuff to ignore OP. Just keep working hard. If your lifts seriously start suffering you can re think things, if you want. If your goal is a flat stomach keep it up.
8 more pounds and you will be under 10%bf probably 8% or below. That's borderline pre competition shape for pros. If that's your goal go for it, you aren't far from looking shredded man.

Read as much of Layne Norton's peak week material as you can, and watch his videos. It's got everything you need down to the scientific level with explanations.
You don't know anything about his past injuries or illnesses or how long he has been lifting. I constantly see him giving solid advice all over the forum. Look at his post history before his stats.
