Those lifts and that physique in 10 months? I'm ~8 months of training and I'm fcked.
To make U feel better, been lifting ~8 months, still at 185x3.
It's fine. My training revolves around powerlifting so my BF% and physique is not my main priority. I started at 20%+ BF ~8 months ago. Thanks again!
