I used to be ignorant, I thought all that mattered was how big my arms were regardless of the bloat everywhere else.

I just started eating 2200 calories a day instead of 5000. I think it took like 8 months and I'm still losing weight.

The killer for me is when I go out and have a few beers, then need a greasy meal at the end of the night. Always fast the day after.
