    Swimming is amazing exercise.. Only down side...

    Swimming is amazing exercise..

    Only down side with swimming is most people feel starved after a swimming workout.

    15% would be to thin/weak for my sports....

    15% would be to thin/weak for my sports. Currently I have 140lb or so of muscle.. 150 pounds would be way to thin. IMO. I was thinking 160-170.

    I just don't know how to go about losing 30 pounds ><

    I swam 2,300 yards yesterday in 45 minutes. I plan on doing that and more every day.
