yeah thats cause the tris along with chest are responsible for most of the pushing. but for a real power punch that will do damage you want the shoulder and hip involved at the very least.

i find having a bigger chest now hinders my punches somewhat, because when i throw my arm out i have to push against all this chest muscle, plus it limits my range of motion a bit
