Yes! I love Coke Zero for the taste and caffeine kick, but always end up with breakouts by the end of the week if I down a bottle per day. I'm hungry all the time, so I'm not sure if soda triggers...
I can't stand regular sodas, and even fruit juices, anymore... but Coke Zero is right on in terms of the sweetness factor (could even be a tad less sweet imo)....
Yes, increased fat intake can lead to the mushy-stool you're referring to. Assuming that you don't have a case of malabsorption, it could just be that your intestines aren't used to the high amounts...
