Well the thing is I rotate them, but I usually do most of the sets palms facing me. I will do it both ways in a few mins to see if the reps are different.
I usually lift heavy weights to where my max reps is 6. That is what I aim for. Can you really make gains on only 3-4 sets per muscle group per week? That doesn't seem like much working out.
