    I have a friend who is now starting to come to the Gym with me. Big dude. 25yr 6'4 300+ lbs. Off and on weight room in the past but nothing major.


    Anyways.... I dont have a very "grueling" leg...

    I dont really have a good answer for you. But maybe you are bringing your elbows down too far past the bench? Maybe your arms are flaired out as well?

    Hard to tell if your doing anything wrong...

    Yea man. Its kind of hard to check your form for real until you have a weight on there that isnt easy for you. The form looked good, but definitely increase the weight and post a new video.
