So the reality is, without doing A LOT of cardio...the difference would really be negligible?

I guess what I'm asking is, will is really make a substantial difference in the speed in which I lose the remaining fat?

The reason I ask is because I hate cardio but if it will make a significant enough difference then I will do it until I reach my goal.
