I used to be that guy that would tell off other people who would whine or complain about eating cottage cheese. I could eat the stuff by the pound just fine. Anway a couple weeks back I bought some after not having any for a long time, and I vomited after eating it. I checked the expiration and it was fine it had a couple weeks to go. Then today I bought some, fresh from another market, and after eating it I vomited again. The taste of it made me do it, I'm not sure what's up with me, but other than muscle milk or caesin powder, are there any other good ideas for a bedtime meal that would be 500 calories

first mistake you made was eating cottage cheese on its own! try it with splenda and either some fruit, cinnamon, cocoa, or peanut butter
Maybe it's hatred I spew, maybe it's food for the spirit
Maybe it's beautiful music I made for you to just cherish
But I'm debated disputed hated and viewed in America
as a motherf**kin drug addict - like you didn't experiment?
Now now, that's when you start to stare at who's in the mirror
and see yourself as a kid again, and you get embarrased
And I got nothin to do but make you look stupid as parents
You f**kin do-gooders - too bad you couldn't do good at marriage!

eggs and almonds are my choice, and for making cottage cheese better i use a teaspoon of sugar free pudding mix, chocolate or vanilla, i still hate the texture of it but its too good for you to not eat.

I feel for you bro.
I can't stand that **** either.
I just started eating it again as I can now lift (seperated shoulder = 8 weeks).
I forgot how bad it was. I mix it with NPB, throw in some more nuts and 50 calories worth of those miny morsel chocolate chips (can't eat it without, literally, I'd puke.) But I'm gettin closer back to the point where I can stand it every time I eat it.
Once I get my chocolate protein blend, I'll go back to the chocolate goop, protein powder + CC + NPB = 500 cals.A calorie is not a calorie.

Geeeeez. Whey prodocts make me vomit.. but I could eat a whole tub of cottage cheese and not have a problem. I also really dislike the taste of eggs. I hardboil them and eat the white to make them edible for me.
