i bought this fat free cottage cheese, a new brand i never tried, dairyland i believe. and the bits of cheese(curds or something? i dunno) were way smaller than usual, and the taste was really bland. and lots of bubbles. but anyhow it has .4g fat per serving and the 1% regular stuff i get has 1g and tastes way better so the fat free stuff just isnt worth it in my opinion

I remember the first time I bought cottage cheese, it was the fat free one, after I taste it plain I wanted to puke lol.
Now I just buy the low fat and no salt kind and mix pb, taste great.
I think it's the high sodium that makes the cottage cheese taste bad plain
because I could eat the no salt kind and still stand the taste.
IMO, any cheese thats high in sodium taste bad because all you want to do after you eat it is drink like a gallon of water lol.

lol @ wanting to puke!! it does take some adjusting to, but after that, its all uphill!!
yeah high sodium cottage cheese makes me bloat, but the low sodium does me fine

I was always disgusted by just the sight of cottage cheese
never even tried it until the last couple of weeks
I've found if you get the fat free kind, it doesn't have much of a taste and if you mix it with tomatoes and carrots, it's almost impossible to taste at all
just finished a big bowl in fact
