Sounds good, I'll likely be able to hit 1-1-2 or 2-1-1 dosing most days and get 1-1-1-1 on weekends. I wasn't sure if spreading out the dosing would make much of a difference, but it sounds as if that is the best way (I'm guessing because of the Divanil, I remember Activate was 1-1-1-1 recommended dosing)

-Crazy Pumps, I've always gotten better pumps from Divanil (nettle root) than with argenine based NO2 supps
-Was REALLY hungry and sleepy all afternoon and night yesterday, I'm guessing its due to just getting over a cold, and regaining my appetite, but I'll note if that keeps up throughout the log, I doubt it will though.
-Official start weight is only 193, being sick took more out of me than I thought

-This was my first chestWO so it will serve as a reference for icnreases

thx, the smith #s arent accurate though, I just add up the weight as if the bar were 45lbs, I dunno how much the bar weighs though, certainly not 45 if I had to guess though. Regardless, today was the most Ive done on the smith Dorian rows.
EDIT: I checked today and the bar is 18lbs, so subtract 25 from my Dorian Rows and thats accurate, I'm still pretty happy with that # though!Last edited by SwolenONE; 02-22-2008 at 11:00 AM.
