Product Notes/General Notes:
-First off is initial taste/smell: In the can it smells just like banana Laffy Taffy, the first few sips even reminded me of banana Laffy Taffy. When I burp afterwards it tastes good...and when I swooch it around my mouth it taste MUCH better than just drinking it regularly. When drinking it regularly it almost doesn't have any distinct or comparable taste, but after swallowing the aftertaste is AMAZING! (I'll note here I mixed it with 20oz water)
-Second I want to make a quick note on the texture of this stuff, it almost looks like yellow colored wheat grass. Due to cost it most likely is not wheat grass, but it certainly is not sugar/malto/wms as I'm very familiar with the texture of said ingredients.
-Third is the profile, upon looking at it, in my opinion, it reminds me of universal torrent, but with less carbs that happen to be more nutritious/filling as well as. There is also added carb and protein enzymes to aid in digestion (I've always had good luck/results with aminogen, havent used carbogen until now)
-Fourth is my goal(s) I'm trying to finish up this log at 200-205, my weight today was 195 which was a few ibs less than usual, but my weight fluctuates a lot.

Product Notes:
Taste is even better with more water, thus far I'm indifferent to whether its thick (yesterday) or thin (today) as both tasted good. I was kept full much longer yesterday than I have been with proglyc or torrent. My weight was also up to 196, due likely to the taurine, and that on Friday nights I always eat out with friends (a lot more salt that when I prepare my own food throughout the week).

if this keeps up I may infact switch from my current postWO product which I egt for free to GFH. Thus far it even seems to be better than Torrent, although, I unlike many others wish there would be some creatine monohydrate in GFH. For me that and maybe 1g of gms would put the finishing touches on golden finish!

-Had some very reasonable gains from set to set throughout the workout, bumped up the bike one level and will continue to do so until I get to level 10 for 20 minutes.
Fullness is certainly up, but weight is fluctuating between 196 and 199 (depending on time of day). So the weight gain is not there but the muscle gain is, I assume if I were on creatine or were taking more carbs pre/postWO that would aid in getting Fin huge.

There has certainly been a slight increase in weights used and in body weight. DOMs have been very limited, and energy from one session to another is up, that is contributing to an increase in endurance/ high rep ranges.
The taste has not gotten old at all, this stuff is amazing taste wise.

-I've been a little sick the past week (throat is minorly sore, but the cough is getting damed annoying. I've also been shivering and freezing until I take DayQuil/NightQuil and then start sweating my ass of (dunno what in these formulas makes me sweat so much). This has thrown off my usual routine, yet I still have been able to hit each muscle group every week.
-Despite being a little under the weather and my workouts not be as well coordinated as usual I have still been gaining from week to week which is pretty amazing.
-Between the taste, and the fact I'm not hungry again in 30 minutes (not to mention the climbing strength and increased cell volumization-most noticable in my arms/shoulders and quads) it is safe to say I will be a return user of GFH.
