Thanks. I am adding the above to my bookmarks. I have been studying the muscular system and it has enhanced my workouts. I can visualize the movement of the muscles I'm working. That aids my form. I am also studying the physiology of muscles cells...at the laymen's level. It a fascinating subject to understand muscles cells respiration and muscle cells contraction.
How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?
