I couldn't find the question so please don't flame I loaded on creatine around the first week of August, but got off creatine the 2nd week cause I started to forget about it. So would it be ok to load again starting today/tomorrow?
I would tell you that loadings not necessary, but you'd probably forget. Do you remember where the search button is? If not I could show you, just let me know.
