You are incorrect. Possessing a non DEA controlled drug without a prescription is not illegal. Possessing a DEA controlled drug is illegal unless you have a prescription for it.

Well, I don't know the exact laws but you can't go into a store and buy them over the counter without a prescription.

LOL no you can't. However you can walk over to Canada or Mexico and pick a drug normally sold in the US by prescription OTC there. Or even a drug not even approved in the US at all.

Or you can order from Europe. The FDA generally allows people to order a 3 month supply of any not DEA controlled drug for personal use.

Selling prescription drugs in the US without a prescription is illegal because the FDA regulates interstate sales. They do not however regulate sales from outside the country.

Several licensed pharmacies in Europe have been doing this legally for over a decade. I know because our MD got me on to it.

I think you are referring to DHEA, Trans Res is still in his 6 oxo extreme product
