    Little help please!

I wanted to give a run down of my current daily eating habits and see what I can change or add to make the most of my diet. Just a little run down on myself I started excercising and lifting about 3 months ago. I started out at 6 ft 235 and I am currently down to 205. When I started out I did it the wrong way but creating a ridiculously low calorie count of about 1000 a day which is not healthy and I now know that so I have bumped it up to about 1500 calories a day and may go a bit higher depending on feed back. This is what my current diet consist of tell me how wrong I am you won't offend me I am a newbie.

9am Quaker instant oatmeal weight control + 1 tblsp of natural peanut butter mixed in

    12:00pm 1 hard boiled egg

2:00 pm Arnold wheat 100cal flat bread turkey lunch meat and swiss with mustard along with a few wheat thins.

4:00 pm 1 cup of fruit (grapes, watermelon etc...)

    6:30 Chicken breast and veggies

    9:00 protein shake or bar

Give me a heads up on what im missing or if im eating too much still. I am lifting as heavy as possible and doing cardio on ellipctical 3 days a week. Trying not to be skinny fat but don't know if thats possible lemme know thanks guys!!

You're missing any sort of useable information.
There are no calories listed, or macros, or your TDEE.
We can't tell you if you're eating too much unless you tell us exactly what you're consuming and have a general idea of what you're burning.

1,500 calories is acutely deficient for someone 6' tall who weighs 235 pounds.

Additionally, the names of the foods you eat as well as the frequency and timing of your meals are largely irrelevant to the outcome of your diet.
