Hey, I am Skinny my weight is 60 KG and my height is 5'10 I need to put on some weight but can't figure it out. Tried eating a lot used 2 supplements Muscle TECH 22lbs and InnerArmor! but not that much impressive results anyone here please suggest me something!
The only problem I can face that I do work at night and can't sleep before 5AM so what should I Do?

you just need to eat even more
eat the same amount of calories every day for 2-3 weeks, weigh yourself every day. weight stays the same? great, now you know your maintenance calories. add 200-300 calories and you'll start slowly gaining weight
supplements can help with weight gain because they provide extra calories, but you could just mix some peanut butter, oil and ice cream for the same amount of calories too... or pizza

Well, how much have you been eating? Do you have any idea? No wonder, if not.
Eat a bit more. If you can't, drink a bit more. If you can't, change the foods that you eat to not make you as full. If you can't, literally put some straight sugar in your mouth at night.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.

Eat and get stronger. If you have trouble eating get foods that are easy to digest and put on weight. Or liquid calories. And stay away from the muscletech and supplement store. You are burning money on snake oil and pixie dust with no benefit. Real food or calories even if its from processed food better than supplements at least processed food is generally cheap. Supplements are expensive and is a lie only people who don't know better think they work or think it works like a roid
