I’m 6’2 and weigh 192. I’ve cut down from 205 to 192 in about 3 months. I really want to start lean bulking soon, but I’m afraid of starting to bulk before I’ve burned off my lower back fat. I’m not sure if they’re love handles because if you look at my profile picture from the front, it’s not noticeable, but if you look from the back, it seems more noticeable.

Should I be concerned about lower back fat?

Just make a choice.
You have asked this question multiple times already. Are you happy with your current leanness? If not carry on cutting. If you are maintenance/ lean bulk.
Losing the little love handles you have will require you to be in the 180lb range I imagine if not lower. So its your decision.

A f*** lot of hard work and years and years of training is the answer, well naturally anyway and then it might not be possible. To have very little love handles you will need to be close to 10-12% bf on a male. That would mean 190lbs of lean body mass. That is very high and bodybuilder standards.

All you can do is keep progressing and aim for the stars. Either by lots of bulking/ cutting cycles or years of maintenance training.

Do you think it would be a bad idea to start lean bulking again until I get to the weight I want, then cut again? I'm not really looking to cut all the way down to 180 lb, even if it means solving the lower back fat issue. At the same time, I don't want to half-ass a cutting cycle. To me, 180 is simply too skinny at my height and I don't have the motivation to cut below 185 lb. I used to weigh around 180 lb in college, but I get more compliments now on my physique than I did then.

No its fine to bulk at any level it's down to your own preference. You look lean so by all means focus on muscle gaining. Take weight gain very slowly and progress at the gym and you will build mainly muscle.
Your choice of body comp is down to your own goals you aren't overfat and you look decent so your choice mate. Cutting always sucks anyway lol
