Now that is something we can all agree on. A legend, still in hope he will come back one day and put some of these posts into line. I check regularly to see if he has posted anything new but alas not yet......
But cheer up we still have SuffolkPunch offering expert advice and busting a few troll threads.

The link I posted was the coles notes explaining a group of people who believe that the human body can live on nothing but air and water. Call themselves breatharians.
Both men and women believe in this...not sure its my understanding that is flawed.
I simply thought DM might find some comfort being around people with similar beliefs.. they must have a forum somewhere...
Wasn't trying to offend.

They are probably busy laughing at the triggered comments (I am), and the full on attitude and the little woman doing it better giving it back. I seen half these posters giving attitude and rude comments to people chatting normally not doing a single thing. Guess I am the only one doing it better serving it back the rest just seem to take it, some advice to the full terrible aggro attitude dudes if you can't take it don't start with someone who does it better honestly that simple, anyway how about those questions?

The irony is, anyone who can read can see I am simply replying to crazed triggered comments and full on attitude, they seem to like serving here to people as I said I see it in other threads, sorry I have dealt with stronger men and actual real men. I don't put up with disrespect or attitudes I respect what is respectable. I have questions, and as you can see the 2 guys who spoke like men I spoke with who had actual helpful advice. There is questions there.
Lactose, who are you calling fat? I am not fat you do realize? Or are you a bit slow?

Of course not would never imply it. Ironwill just also made everything very simple that everyone would understand (well most if going by this thread).
Yeah is sad to see. Seems quite a few of the mods have vanished only really see SP these days really. Never mind shall chug along and try and burn more troll threads. Can't be long until this one is locked for good as it's just a p***ing competition now.
Then back to offering sound advice to people who listen instead of one's that think they know better even though they admitted they know nothing about body composition and don't log calories.

Try eating raw ingredients (not literally)
I weight everything with a scale and if I cant determine the macros I look it up, it's all available online. I'd cut out the added sugar just because you likely get enough from your fruit. If you're not losing then you're eating too much you're overestimating your macros and calories burned in the gym.

I'm sure it photographs as well as yours, are you short or just smol? Maybe you are like 5'5 and it looks small idk.
To Hardy: I just asked a professional, he said the same as the other 2 guys and yes I adapted to calorie intake, and idk what you are talking about never logged calories, I have, I was just eating so healthy last year no I did not bother, you have my list of food I think I forgot to put part of an avocado in that list that is why I say 800 calories. I am not digging through this hot mess to find it.

Yes and I was told increase my calories especially when working out that is too little when working out which is what I was doing.
In other words I can't change or fix the food problem I have fed myself like I was on a diet for so long, I have to move more. How much is too much I don't know and I am too embarrassed to ask.
Another edit: You can actually workout for several hours? More than once? Or is that just bodybuilders. They eat a lot though, so idk how much I would need can I do 2 hours safely? Look questions and no I am not too embarrassed to ask people I don't know lol.Last edited by DM28; 07-16-2019 at 11:25 AM.

Then follow his advice I don't care. Generally to begin with I wanted to help you I really did, although my explanations were drastic it was a point out the flaws in your thought from my experience and knowledge.
I have personally have never known anyone lose weight/ fat by eating more UNLESS you are more active because of it, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter its still calories in vs calories out. This professional must know more then me and every study I have ever read fair enough happy.
I have spent years study sports and nutrition at Uni. I have done sports and coaching qualification, personal training and sports therapy training, strength and condition and psychological dissertation on sports motivation and never have I ever found anything to state otherwise that overall calories in vs calories out is not the prime driver for fat loss or weight loss as the laws of thermodynamics must exist.
So either follow this professional advice or if you really want to keep asking questions and seek answers to your one in million metabolic rate that sustains its own existence on around 800 calories per day without losing weight and actually gaining for a year then please post your own thread in the nutrition section of this forum:-
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13
Before you go I would advise reading these two stickies first just to highlight the general thought of fat loss:-
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=165843261
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=174531321
Those two links will explain everything that the losing fat community generally believes causes fat loss.
The nutrition section of this forum contain individuals that generally more scientifically and may know more then this section due to the fact losing weight is a simple and easy process which doesn't change, where new studies support different findings in nutrition such as insulin.
This is my final advice and would be wise to follow it as no-one will be offering help in this section. And for me I don't care what you do and really have no interest in helping you lose your last 5lbs you can do as you please.
edit:- If you are really bored here is a good explanation of thermodynamics if you are inclined to expand the understanding of biology in work with physics and the human body.

That is a long read, I will read it more in depth when I can. But the parts I did read, the professional I asked has had all of those same classes, is a pt and gym owner lol I just asked questions, you people are literally the ones bypassing legit questions and keep making random insulting comments must be the aggro (not exactly you, as you seem most normal besides insisting what I put in my mouth). I will say you aren't as in need as the others of just making stupid random comments or pissing on the little woman. (I never said I gained for a year, I maintained, I did gain 3 pounds, but that was when I started adding weights and a bit more food)
As for grandpa BS57 are you having daddy fantasies? I get plenty of attention and no I do NOT need attention, if you knew how to read you will see I said yesterday I have to break 'silent mode' I ignore 'men' folk for weeks at a time please go away, or you can be grandpa if you like I already have a 'daddy' lol. You never answered the short question, that also makes little guys angry. But then I am visually used to huge beasts. My bad.Last edited by DM28; 07-16-2019 at 12:46 PM.
