    Why cant i see my abs when im at a decently low body fat?

    I’m 16 , been bodybuilding for like a few months now, i am at a low bodyfat but never seen my abdominal muscles.

    That is why?

    Do you think you get a decent amount of any muscle by doing it for a few months, if you did everyone would built like a reborn Arnold.

    You need to forget little boy abs and workout hard at the gym and grow. Your sixteen and lean so you have a head start over a lot of people so my advice is get on a progressive workout program such as Fierce 5 (link included) and build up your muscle base and maybe in 2/3 years you can think about cutting down to real develop adult abs.

    Added bonus:- Add in some weighted abs exercises as well. This can be easily incorporated into the Fierce 5 workout as no set type of ab work is defined any that work are fine.
