-all things in moderation, even political views crew
-support local farms crew
-try to do at least one good deed/day crew
-less cursing the darkness and more lighting candles crew

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Might want to review this, and the other sticky topics in that forum: Fierce 5

The responses to this are amazing. Op obviously this guy has been working out vigorously for 10 years, eating all the right things, investing heavily in protein powder. I'd say It'll take you roughly two weeks
180 lb crew
Take chit and pis 165lb crew
Go to bed, wake up 173lb crew
Annoyed at eating whatever I want and not getting fat crew
Accidentally get fat crew
Back to 175lb the next day crew

Responses in this thread are GOLD!
Seriously though OP, Dude looks like he got that physique by sucking dink for crack, or coke, or meth. So do that for a couple weeks & post an updated pic of results. srs.Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter - Martin Luther King, Jr.
