So I’ve been in a journey to loose weight, after all the cardio and dieting I’ve managed too loose quite a lot.
Started at 238lbs last November and I’m currently at 172lbs this week.
So my question is, should I keep on loosing those last 10lbs or is it a good idea to start weight training.
I’ve managed to loose all this weight by diet and cardio alone. My goal is build a lean body.
When is it a good idea to start bulking? What supplements do you guys recommend?

Congrats on the weight loss, 50+lbs is very impressive in a little under a year.
I would continue losing the weight you want to loose, but also start working in a weight lifting routine/program. Start figuring out exercises you can do at your gym and give yourself a baseline for your gains.
Bulking is a completely different beast than cutting. Both require different nutrition programs, training, etc.
Some must haves for weightlifting/bulking - whey protein powder, creatine monohydrate, multivitamin. MuscleTech has you covered from multiple angles - https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mt/muscle.htm
Goodluck!

Go to the Workout Programs section.
Read the stickies and look around at reputable novice routines such as Fierce 5, Starting Strength, All Pros, Greyskulls LP etc. Pick one and follow it.
Congrats on losing the weight.
Track your daily calories and carbs/fat/protein. Use a protein powder as necessary to supplement your diet to meet your daily protein goal.
Creatine monohydrate, 3g a day every day, any time of day, in any beverage, no loading, no cycling.
Consider a fish oil, aim for 2-3g combined EPA/DHA per day. Controlled Labs Orange Oximega Fish Oil for example.
The most important things by far are diet, routine, and rest.

I went from 200 down to 170 (November 2016) and decided to skip losing those last 5-10 pounds. I was lifting the whole time though and then upped my calorie intake and have gone up to 187 (this month), as my goal was to add 20 pound by this November. It's up to you, but definitely hit the gym either way.

you can start weight training whenever you like. Before you start a "bulk" make sure you understand that if you want lean muscle mass then you will only need a slight calorie surplus... the nutrition section can help you more on this one.
Supplements wise - a protein can help hit those protein macros and for simple convenience. Everything else is a personal opinion and each has their benefits. My suggestion is to research anything new you incorporate into your routine and write out your reasons why you want to take it.. if you cant do those then is it worth taking?

Congrats on the weight loss to date OP. Hard work pays off!
Weight training can be done at anytime, I would highly suggest beginning now if you haven't already.

Congrats on your journey. I would agree with the above posts about training during your weight lose. Start training and maintain the course of working on weight loss. Once your at your desired weight, then work on working to build the muscle more.
