Hey guys, quick question about a meal before gym. I sometimes sleep over at the gf's place, and she doesn't really have much food. We usually wake up and leave for the gym within 30-45 min of waking. I was thinking about either Naked or Odawalla smoothies that usually has 55-65g of carbs and some protein. I know it's all simple carbs, but would it suffice as a fuel source for working out about 30 min after waking?
