Oh lawd, you really can''t move anymore unless you are actually going somewhere in real life. And they planted special **** at local landmarks in your city. Gotta admit this is probably the greatest idea ever as far as video games making people more active.

Only thing of note that I caught was a venonat with 105cp (whatever the fuk CP is), i drove right by a vaporeon but was going too fast to catch it. There's an empty gym 2 blocks from me so I'm going to get level 5 and claim it as my own. No idea what the **** I'm doing.

got 3 pokemon so far, charmander was my first. found a gay rattata.. just found an Exeggcute this morning outside of my work.

looks like it will be a fun game to pop up when you go to grocery stores/malls/whenever you are out and about on foot.. not going to be driving around with this thing on tho, cause you'll just drive by the pokemon you need to capture lol

Been playing this game all morning brahs, holy chit I'm addicted. Feels exciting and rewarding walking around and finding new chit lol..although worse part is when you see a pokemon and they're next to a person, looks like you're filming them. Although downside is of course you have to use real money if you want to seriously play the game otherwise it'll take you years to evolve and upgrade you're rare pokemon. How it works is you upgrade your pokemon by using candy, each pokemon has their own unique candy and you only get the candy for catching the same type of pokemon thus making rare pokemon extremely hard to level up or evolve so right now I'm banging with a rattatah and already evolved that sucker, there's a chit ton of them around so makes it easy.

i found an ekans and I was getting ready to throw the pokeball but I couldn't see the ekans.. I moved my phone around and bam the pokemon is on a girl thats 3-4 feet away from me. Basically had to "film" her while catching ekans.. she looked at me, i captured that ekans as fast as possible lmfao.. very awkward, she didn't say anything but i bet she was thinking I just took a pic of her

Oddly enough i had no idea that this game came out yesterday, till today I was on a field trip with my Uni art class to a Japanese museum. Anyhow, it was boring as chit for the first 10 or 20 min. till i noticed one brah that was seemingly playing pokemon go on his phone and in the process of catching a lickitung, and i was like "WTF that game is out?" We discussed it for awhile then i immediately downloaded it along with some other brahs that were bored.

Made my character, caught my first pokemon (a squirtle) and proceeded to catch one of the likitungs in the area. Note, this museum is huge and is a landmark on the app, so it had a gym (couldnt claim it, wasnt lvl 5) and a ton of pokemarts or whatever. I caught like 4 pokemon today while on that trip with my class with some other brahs, chit was fun asf srs. Made a boring museum trip into an amazing pokemon expedition with other brahs.

"landmarks" so far baseball fields, brewery's for some reason lol, museums, parks, all have goodies around where I live. Other landmarks are gyms. I wonder if you have lakes/oceans near you the water pokemon are there?

i think the server in texas is down. it says "cant authenticate log in".... but anyway i think i chose the wrong team color. i went for team red cause the 2 gyms i go to have team red gym owners. I thought ur not able to steal a gym from someone but cot dam, i shuda picked a different team cause i know ill surpass and beat these ****s and claim my Gym as my own pokemon gym. lmao
