Hey guys, so I thought it would be fun if we all did the prep along with the pros and then on the day of the contest, posted out own photos in the thread. I think it would be a cool way to follow along with the prep of the pros and also a nice challenge for getting in as great a shape as we can in the next few months.

I was thinking we could just do the main mandatory poses and post them. Anyway, not sure anyone would be into this, but it would be fun I think.

What happened man?

Nothing major. I just had cysts in the center of both wrists that were pressing on the surrounding nerves so they needed to be removed. Easy procedure but they didn't let me do both hands at once (i'm grateful they didn't. wiping with my non-dominant hand is a nightmare...no idea how i'd wipe with both hands unavailable) so it's time consuming to do/recover from both

edit: Gonna go to the hotel sauna and then get a full body pump afterwards, since I'll be in NY when this is going down. Hopefully I'll be 8%ish, in addition to that the sauna and pump will make me look 6%.

Yeah, I honestly didn't think anyone was going to be game, but it would be fun for sure. And would definitely be sweet to see the regulars post.

Just trying to make the whole waiting for Olympia time more interesting, as if we are going to be honest with each other, we are not going to get a lot of pro coverage most likely.

So what I was thinking is just posting the compulsories. And we can create a poll where people can vote for the winner. Again, I think we can all agree that if guys like Timmy or Pat decide to do it, we are all toast, but at the end of the day we are all just competing against ourselves.

Agreed. It will give people something else to focus on maybe besides the same thing the section has been talking about since '12.

I just need a goal as I have been really lazy and unfocused lately. Plus, it should be fun to diet down and talk about missing food with everyone, haha.

That is exactly why I have done it. I am working my way back from an injury and while I have no problem with motivation, I have never actually had to dial it in for a date, so thought it would be fun to do along with the countdown to Olympia.

Oh and anyone can join us, whether just a lurker, or a regular. I just would love to see the guys who post all the time give it a shot, but the more the merrier.

And I know anonymity might be an issue for some, as not everyone wants to post that online under their name (I won't be) and those who wish to remain anonymous can.

Starting my cut in a week, lets see.
Sitting at 227 lbs now.
On intermittent bulk/cut routine for my show next year so can't dial it in properly or I ll lose size.
