    3.6x Bodyweight Squat x2

3 weeks out from my 4th meet. I am aiming for an 800lb raw with wraps squat at 198lbs. If that goes well hoping to try to break the world record that is currently 810lbs. I weigh around 211 here.

Excuse the excitement and intensity, my last meet I hit 755 in February and missed 770 after...So i'm a bit happy to have dieted off 20lbs and gotten stronger at the same time.

that is awesome good job! to think you just about doubled the old WR (Phil Harrington's 760) before Ernie Lillibringe did the 810.

Are those the Powerbelly DeathRows? How you like them? I am undecided between those and the Kraits, Both good wraps, but I feel like I have a little more control with the Kraits, but may be because I have used them longer then the Deathrows

Haha well, i'm hoping to break Ernies 810 this time or this year sometime. I've been dieting from 230 down to 210 right now, so I was shocked to even consider breaking it this soon, but I am pretty confident in 800 at this point.

I have never used kraits. I've mostly used a lot of inzer wraps originally and then switched to the red slingshot wraps and used those up until 4 weeks ago, and bought the death rows. I instantly fell in love with them, even though they had the suckiest customer service with any company i've ever dealt with. It was worth the hassle though, and will stick with them. Of course I like trying new things, and I believe it's not always a fast car that wins the race anyway. So it's about knowing how to use them like you said, just practice mostly.

I would like to try the king kongs I believe, which is powerbellys thickest wraps. Everyone sais they are too much, but I like the challenge.

the kraits are pretty much the same thickness as the deathrows, but a little less stretchy. The Kraits are also a little less harsh material wise then the death rows. The carry over for the two is probably near the same, that is why I am undecided as I feel I get the same amount of pounds out of them.
The King kongs are about as harsh as the deathrows, and they are the same thickness. The king kongs just don't stretch as much as the deathrows (from when I was comparing them at Brandon's booth at the XPC finals) As I remember they were less stretch then my kraits as well.
I am eager to get my king kongs I ordered and see how they work.

I may order some, the 3m slingshot, and the king kongs for sure...Might wait until the ARnold next year. Dealing with PB online sucks, lol.

dang, I didn't know they just released the 3m version of the red wraps. When I talked to "silent Mike"at the slingshot booth at the arnold (Mark Bell wasnt there when i was) I asked him about a 3m version and he told me that they probably wernt going to. Guess he was wrong, didnt know or just hiding it. Might order a pair sometimes, though I got more out of the Kraits then the 2.5m red wraps

ya I emailed powerbelly, never got a reply, and they were slow to ship my last order. probably cause its a one man operation or something.
