Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Getting back into the swing of things after the monster cheat day on Tuesday. Undoubtedly one of the dumbest things I've ever done, but it was SO worth it. Was on the toilet for probably an hour straight for what felt like half a dozen times yesterday haha. I rarely ever get digestive problems even after huge eating challenges where 8-9lbs of food is involved. But this one was an exception to that... Another reason why I will not be doing another one of these ever again haha.
Was able to actually get a ride in this afternoon. Which felt AMAZING. Bike is feeling better than ever, energy finally returned, and I was able to kill it today.
Took a trip to the beach today for the first time in years, last time I was at the beach I was being bullied for being fat as a teenager. So today really took me back...
Ride for the day
Some pictures from today (taking your shirt off after a monster cheat day is always s true test to yourself lol)
Fried chicken + hot dogs + chicharones (first time ever having)

The 30,000 Calorie Cheat Day Challenge!
The Video
It is done.
This was my biggest, greatest, and most epic cheat day that I’ve ever attempted. After my last one, I always wondered “What If I DIDN’T start the day with a food challenge? Could I conquer even MORE food? And as you can see, I was able too. This cheat day was WAY more enjoyable by far and I had a lot more fun with this one.
This video/cheat day (again, like my other videos) was mainly done to poke fun at all the other cheat day videos on youtube (since I really don’t believe in them). Hence the reason why I chose to eat at Five Guys, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme, Coldstone, etc.
I most likely will not be doing another one of these ever again, because of how much this cost me. (lol). I was on the toilet for probably 4-5 hours the day after, but it definitely was so worth it! If I was to attempt anything like this, it would be a 10,000-15,000 calorie “Clean eating” Cheat day where I consume nothing but “Clean” food(s). But I doubt I’ll do it right now.
Other than that, feel free to check out the video! Hit the like button, share it with your friends and don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE!

That was just ridiculous. I LOL'ed at how you were sad when you ran out of the jolly ranchers, as if you didn't still have several thousand calories left to crush .

New challenge! Tonight I attempted to take down my home made creation.. "The electric sundae" after being challenged by another youtuber!
The sundae consists of..
-1.25 gallons of vanilla ice cream (almost 5.5 POUNDS of ice cream)
- 4 whole bananas
- ½ pack of cookie dough
- reeses Easter eggs
- pack of Reese's peanut butter cups
- brownie bites
- chocolate fudge
- maraschino cherries
- whipped cream
I gave myself 30 minutes to complete this 8.5 POUND challenge. Who won?
