You're not kidding you haven't had any sleep. Dude picked up my car from my work, delivered it to my crib after work, and even chilled for a bit during his sleeping hours lol. You sure you're not a zombie, brah?

Misc: Very little sleep past 3 days. Got Billy Bnizzle's car fixed for him today at work so he has some A/C lol

I told you guys I'll tell you if & when. I'm an honest person so I won't be one of those fakes.
Going to the dark side starting May 1st & competing in NPC prolly in October this year
Gonna keep pretty hush about it tho especially on ********, etc.
Haven't talked to the girlfriend about it but I live with her so yeah
I still have time to back out of my decision but I prolly won't
Lastly, I will not be counting macros or following IIFYM. I will be bro dieting.
My log will just consist of my daily diet & training.
Gonna eat bro from now on.. If I mess up a meal, I'll get back on track on the very next meal & not feel bad about it.

It's hard to tell from the video, but you don't look "fat" at all. You simply need to add some more lean mass to your frame, and you'll be good to go! The next few months should bring some progress .

I like black beans because of Chipotle. I do need a ton moar mass.

Weight is at 147.2 so I need to consume a lot more food
Sleep schedule is shot
Deadlift went from 0x a week to 3x a week real quick lmao
