Unless your knee took a blow from a sledgehammer, car, or something severely acute...surgery is only going to hurt you.
Become a student of yoga, flexibility, and mobility training...go see a deep tissue sports masseuse...I've come to understand that all injuries and pain from lifting are based on improper form and improper muscular activation...and all can be repaired by getting the body back into it's natural form.
The years of living in a culture that promotes sitting in chairs all day and other non-natural functions have finally caught up to you.
You'll probably dismiss my advice as some type of hippie nut job...try to remember my post 10-20 years from now after your surgery.

I've had issues with my left leg forever, my hamstring doesn't fire my glute (totally unengaged), this way every step leg stays stiff, rigid, without completing the full excursion of the movement.
The consequence obviously is that my right leg is overcompensating and gets inflamed constantly.
What kind of doctor might be able to suggest me right?

I know for me, I don't have as much control over my left ass cheek (no homo), as in if I did those kickbacks that the girls all do my right leg I can feel my ass squeezing but the left leg feels like its all hamstring

Site called wiggle, had them at half price (adidas drehkrafts). I'm not sure what you mean, like your hips go too far back and you end up GMing the weight? I got them because I can't keep my torso upright without my heels coming way off the ground and I want to start adding in more high bar oly style squats to develop my quads (mostly doing PL style low bar with a lot of torso lean atm)

Got home this afternoon, first time on crutches. Interesting and annoying experience. lol
My operation was a patella re-alignment, and I have to get another one on my left knee in a few months and I talked to my surgeon after and he told me that my patella was actually further across than the MRI's showed and it was pretty bad.
So I have to wear this brace for 1-2 weeks and no driving until the doctor approves.
On a positive note, I have the last two seasons of House to watch so I can get that done lol"It is far more important to understand, than to be understood." - Bill Russell

It's funny, if you look at infants and how they develop into stabilizing/movement etc, they have incredible mobility/flexibility and what looks like perfect squat and deadlift form, when they try to stand up, pick things up, etc. Sad how we condition ourselves out of this, and into a sedentary lifestyle. All while (most of us) try to lift with these now dysfunctional and imbalanced bodies. I know I hurt myself, over a year ago, and it's been a long road not only to recovery, but reconditioning proper movement patterns. But I agree in flexibility and mobility training, deep tissue work, and above all at least the fundamentals of yoga. Since I stopped lifting, for a while, only to eventually move onto bodyweight squats, now that Im adding SMALL amounts of weight, lighter than every before, I squat with very good form, no knees in front of toes etc, proper breathing, etc, not very intense workouts atm, but I'm honestly growing better than I did with simply trying to move weight while *thinking* I used proper form.
I don't get it why are we mad at this rich dentist and not zimbabwe for still allowing rich people to hunt these animals? Even tho it was a tagged animal, we don't for sure know the story and that it wasn't a mistake. Which doesn't make the kill less sad, just means hey, **** happens and they shouldn't be allowed to hunt these animals if there's such concern for their longevity to begin with...

Rousey is good but the overall talent pool in women's MMA is terrible and that plays a significant role in her dominance in my opinion. Bethe even managed to fight her way to the UFC and tonight's title shot despite only starting to train a few years ago to lose weight. To me the 'Rousey is a such badass!' thing is getting stale, and I don't have much interest in seeing her bash up bloody nose Tate yet again or quickly overwhelm someone like Correira with wild swings.
Here is a good article that touches on the (low) skill level of women's MMA and what fighters should do against Rousey, with examples from men's MMA and other combat sports:
