but i ignored it and trained through the pain for a few years until i tore my shoulder.

now if i get pain like that i ease back on chest and shoulder workouts, 1 excerise each, just dumbell presses, 60% weight, and do rubber band rotator cuff stuff every other day at home. stay safe

i have pain in my bicep tricep and shoulder thats all due to a knot in my trap /scapula i need to find someone to massage it out as its fuking everything up on that side

Couple months ago finally got deep tissue work she went pretty light tho. Went twice, focus was mostly on my lower back. yesterday got some pretty deep work on my upper/middle back, where I've always felt a ton of tightness and I think it's wat limits my shoulder mobility. This session was AMAZING. Going to try to go at least once a month, prob more like every 2-3 weeks for now then drop it down to 1/mo.

Haven't had a deep tissue massage in like a year, I'd love to get one now. Every time I go I end up focusing on my lower back/glutes/hips and there's never enough time to do anything else.

You have to google it, trigger points. Very interesting! My mentor at my last intern (i am in ly last year physiotherapy) used dry needling a lot, it gave really nice results. I had a supraspinatus tendinopathy 3 years ago but kept having pain during chest workout in the anterior part of my shoulder, apparantly it is caused by infraspinatus trigger points giving referred pain. Got the needling done and it feels a lot better!

I like some of the older anime Akira, Ninja Scroll, Fist of the North Star but DBZ never appealed to me. My younger brother used to watch every episode. Every fight lasted ten eps it was ridiculous.

Weidman vs Belfort should be a great bout. Weidman was pissed at the weigh-ins after finding out Belfort's recorded high test levels during his lead up to the fight. I'm not sure what Vitor was on for his past fights but he looked way down on size today.

Im more intressted in the main event, I don't think Vitor stands much of a chance vs Weidman. But lets hope im wrong and it turns into a back and forth fight. Anyway im really excited by the overall quality of this card, its really stacked. Even some of the prelim fights are sick. Dodsons fight and Hall's should be fun to watch.
