So I'm currently on a cut and will be performing a fat flush next week. From what I gather it's minimal carbs for the day, 0 Fat and the rest protein. My macros for the day will be:
200g protein
40g of carbs (20 pre-workout and 20 post)
0 Fat.
I just need a bit of help with what protein only foods to eat. I got protein powder, chicken, cottage cheese, tuna. Any other suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

This is some of the dumbest **** I've ever seen posted in this forum, and that's saying something.
If, in fact, you're not a troll, forget that nonsense, and educate yourself on the basics of nutrition. Start here:

People love gimmicks and they love to think that a there's some special trick to make quicker progress. I know a few people that question me every time they hear some dumb new extreme diet plan. There is no reason to over complicate your life for something that will literally accomplish nothing. Eat a balanced diet and stay in a deficit if you want to lose weight. It's that simple. You can move more, eat less, or do both. Either way it's calories in vs calories out.

It's amazing how everyone takes an opportunity for education and turns it into a flame fest. You know ... because all of you were born with a brain full of nutritional knowledge, helping the kids in kindergarten with their macros, and making sure your parents ate their vegetables.
Original poster, there is no scientific foundation nor advantage to what you're proposing. Our physiology just doesn't work the way you think it might, and fat stores burned doesn't not correlate with parallel fat intake. If anything, you're better off eating zero carbs than zero fat. Dietary lipids (fat) are an essential nutrient, and are important for hormones and organ function. Your body cannot create essential fatty acids from stored body fat, so you need to eat it.
