Hello, I started a new weekly workout plan and was wondering if this would be an effective plan:
Mon: bi's and back
Tues: tri's and chest
Wed: rest
Thur: legs, shoulders, and core
Fri: bi's and back
Sat: tri's and chest
Sun: rest
