No complaints here!!
Update
Training going very well, I backed off the max attempts in my past 2 sessions and focused more on volume. Yesterday was a Deadlift + Upper Pull day and today I hit Upper Push. Tomorrow no training as I am working in the morning and then heading to Queens for dinner and to spend time with my family. Friday we have a wedding to go to after work, and Saturday I have one of my best friends Birthday parties. Gonna be a good week. Following weekend I am most likely visiting one of my best friends up in Syracuse for 3 days. All in all its gonna be a good few weeks, I am going to take the 3 days I go up to Syracuse off from Training and Start Sheiko 29 as soon as I get back.

How would I know Bob?
Balance? I'm on 3500-4000 calories a day lol. Not very hard to balance that my dude!
Eh, I got some crappy news thats gonna determine my PL plans in the near future. Looks like I partially tore my hamstring where it inserts into my outer calf. Old injury based on the scar tissue/adhesion's but its flared up badly. Basically while sitting on a chair/bench if I cross my right foot over my left leg I get the most horrible shooting pain from the backside of my knee down the outside of my calf. Scary as ****.Instagram - @gourmetpaul
