Hey fellow BBers,
Today I've been feeling quite blahhhish. Can anyone give me their opinion on how im doing? I cant see any improvement/progress and im getting frustrated. I didn't start dieting at a calorie deficit until about 3 weeks ago, but I've been exercising since January.

My personal opinion would be that; yhea, your doing good, we can see changes when we look at jan4 and april 4 you look to have less fat. Well done for that!!! But, exercising without diet will help you to loose weight when you're a beginner because the first pounds are the easiest to loose. If you wanna go further you gotta change your nutritions and dont forget to change your training* program every 6-8weeks.
