I started working about a year ago and weighed 245. Today I'm 171 and 6 ft tall.
I've been doing IF for awhile trying to lose some stubborn fat around my stomach and love handles.
The gym I went to took my BF% and told me I was around 10% but yet I still don't have the definition in my abs area. Some people around me have been mentioning that I've been looking skinner and should stop losing weight. I'm not really losing strength, I can still bench 10 reps of 225. think I should keep cutting or bulk now?

10% is freakimg great if true. I'm about 16-17% that's just a guees. The pics in my profile page are all from a couple days ago. If I were you I would just keep eating healthy and lifting don't worry about cutting or bulking. Just live healthy lifestyle watch the bad carbs and lift. If you can keep bf under 15% you'd good!

It's really hard to estimate from that pic what your %BF is. Personally, I think I'd focusing on adding some muscle as obviously you aren't fat.

Everybody has their own sense of aesthetics, and for me, a six pack for the simple sake of having a six pack isn't my ideal.
I am not saying that you couldn't continue to diet and achieve defined abs, I sure you could, and if it really is the look you are going for (very thin and lean), then go for it. If you are benching 10 X 225 lbs @ 170 lbs, I have to think that you have some sort of base that the picture isn't conveying.
