I have been looking for the nutrition value of a 4 oz serving of baked chicken breast. Everywhere I check I get completely different values. Can you guys tell me the nutritional value(calories, protein) of baked chicken. I don't add any seasoning or marinades. I just bake it plain.

i use myfitnesspal for these purposes, but generally around 31 cals per oz. of chicken breast. weigh the meat raw or cooked, it's your choice, the main thing is that whenever you DO weigh it (raw vs. cooked), you KEEP weighing it the SAME EVERY TIME. consistency is the key to targeting what needs to be adjusted. and if you weigh raw like most of us, make sure you let the meat drain as long as possible in a strainer or something so that you get as little water as possible. but chicken breast is so little in cals that if you're truly not progressing in fat loss due to the difference in cals in cooked vs. raw weight, there are bigger issues at hand.
