    What's your barbell to dumbbell flat bench press?

    I saw another member make a thread about incline to flat and I'm curious as to what people bench varies from barbell to dumbbell.

    I don't barbell but

    Dumbbell:

    65lb x 3 x 10

    I just started working out about 2 months ago so sorry about the weak lift...

    4x80kg barbell, something like 7-8x30kg dumbbell. I arch my back on bb press so I can lift more though and I hardly ever dumbbell bench.
